Book Sarah to Speak
High-impact keynotes. Transformative workshops. Unforgettable panels.
Sarah Caminiti is a sought-after speaker on retention, customer experience (CX), and leadership alignment. Known for her no-fluff delivery and sharp insights, Sarah blends systems thinking with a deeply human lens to challenge the way organizations grow — and the way leaders lead.
She doesn’t do surface-level. Her sessions are high-impact, thought-provoking, and designed to spark real change — the kind that shows up in your metrics and your culture. With a knack for distilling complexity into clarity (and occasionally roasting outdated business norms with dry wit), Sarah leaves audiences thinking differently, talking more honestly, and acting with intention.
Whether you’re hosting a leadership offsite, an industry conference, an internal summit, or a virtual workshop, Sarah brings depth, clarity, and just enough edge to make sure people don’t check their phones.
-
Companies talk about customer loyalty while losing the people responsible for creating it. Sarah reframes retention as a systems issue that begins with leadership, team structure, and how work actually gets done. It is not about perks or scripts. It is about building a company people want to stay with, both internally and externally.
-
Great customer experience is not about adding more—it is about designing better. Sarah explores the operational foundations that keep CX strong through growth, change, and complexity. It is ideal for teams who are scaling fast or planning to, and want systems that support the customer instead of overwhelming the team.
-
When leaders are not aligned, nothing scales cleanly. Not decisions. Not communication. Not experience. Sarah helps executive teams uncover where misalignment is hiding and how to create faster, sharper, values-driven decision-making. It is practical, direct, and built to shift how leadership teams operate.

I thought Sarah Caminiti's talk was very powerful, and it was one toward the end of the event which I think the placement of it was really great, because it allowed us to leave on this note of all right, I'm not going to assume things about myself that I haven't proven. And I'm also going to go back to my work with this renewed sense of curiosity to understand the context of a situation when I'm working with someone, whether it be in person, like within the company, or whether it be a customer that you're working with.

Sarah Caminiti spoke about how you need to "Stop assuming!" As we all know, assumptions make an ass of both YOU and ME. The hilarious donkey-themed presentation was a prime example of how AI can lose the plot when trying to generate relevant artwork. Instead of assuming, make a hypothesis instead. You do that by reframing your assumption as a question and allowing yourself to explore and understand. When you hit a dead end, instead of giving up, ask yourself, "What haven't I explored yet?"

If you haven’t discovered Sarah Caminiti then let me be the first to say, you're welcome. Sarah’s superpower is instantly making you feel like you are talking with a lifelong friend who you haven’t seen for a while, but pick up exactly where you left off. She. Is. a. Space. Creator! Thank you Sarah for having me on what has been a great season of Epochal Growth.

I speak at leadership offsites, internal team summits, industry conferences, and private workshops—both in-person and virtual. Whether it’s a room of executives or a cross-functional audience, the goal is the same: deliver insight that sticks and shifts how people think about retention, CX, and leadership.
-
Yes! Every audience is different, and so is every talk. I collaborate with organizers to understand your goals, your team, and the tone of the event. The content is shaped to match what your audience actually needs, not pulled from a template. It’s designed to be timely, relevant, and clear.
-
Yes. I speak regularly at virtual and hybrid events, including keynotes, workshops, and panel discussions. The format doesn’t water down the message. I bring the same clarity, insight, and presence, whether I’m on a stage or a screen. We’ll make sure the delivery fits your audience and the moment.
-
I don’t sugar coat things, and I don’t waste time on fluff. My talks are direct, honest, and rooted in real operational experience—not theory or trend-chasing. I say what needs to be said, challenge outdated thinking, and offer practical ways forward. If you’re looking for a feel-good talk that avoids hard truths, I’m not the speaker for you.
-
My workshops are built for teams who want more than inspiration, they want clarity, conversation, and outcomes they can use. We focus on the real friction points your people are navigating, and we design the session around that. No filler, no forced breakouts, just honest work that moves things forward.

If you’re planning a major event or offsite, the earlier the better, especially for Q3 and Q4. That said, I leave room for the right opportunities and can move quickly when needed. Reach out, and we’ll figure out what’s possible.
