Yes! While the core RVA questions are designed to be universally relevant, you can go deeper with optional add-ons called overlays. These are tailored expansions that focus on specific scenarios. Like burnout, leadership shifts, or navigating change. You can purchase an overlay within a week of your RVA or come back for one later as your situation evolves. There’s no limit to how many you can add over time, and they’re a powerful way to stay aligned without needing ongoing coaching. Once you purchase your RVA bundle, Sarah will reach out to see if you’d like to purchase any overlays.

Yes! You’ll receive an email from Sarah within 24 hours of purchase with a link to your self-assessment. Sarah will walk you through the RVA process, as well as share a Google Doc so you can begin your work.
Once completed, reply to the email I’ll be sending you to let me know you’re ready for me to begin processing your assessment.
You can always email me with questions or comments related to your blueprint up until one week before you receive your copy. I will do my best to adjust accordingly.
